Android downloads keep pausing

Just had the same issue with a Moto E6 Play. Router at the time was using OpenDNS servers - changed to Google's / as suggested above, restarted phone and the download kicked in straight away. Phone has to be idle to download and install. It will pause whn you start using it. That's how OTA was every beta and now in stable. Leave it unattended for few mins.
